1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg
ΒΎ cup milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp melted butter or oil (for the batter)

How to Make
Mix the dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Prepare the wet mixture
