1️⃣ Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together:
Flour
Cocoa powder
Baking soda
Salt
Set aside.
3️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugars
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
4️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients
Mix in:
Eggs (one at a time)
Vanilla extract
Red food coloring
Beat until smooth and evenly red.
5️⃣ Combine
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
6️⃣ Add the Good Stuff
Fold in:
White chocolate chips
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crushed Oreos
Chill dough for 30–45 minutes (optional but recommended for thick cookies).
7️⃣ Shape & Bake
Scoop large dough balls (about 3 tablespoons each).
