1–1.5 tbsp jaggery powder / honey / stevia (optional, adjust to taste)

1 cup milk (dairy or almond/oat milk for healthier option)

1–2 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and jaggery. Mix well. - Prepare the batter
